Visit our website and click on the "Login" button at the top right corner. Enter your username and password from your welcome email to access your account.
Go to the “Card Management” tab to add your card details and save them. Then, head to the "Purchase Credits" tab in your dashboard, choose a credit package, and your credits will be instantly added to your account.
Navigate to the "CRM Integration" tab and click “Click to Connect Your App”. Select your CRM sub-account, and then enter the business email associated with your CRM, and follow the prompts to complete the connection. If you need help, contact our support team.
In your CRM, go to “contacts” and add a tag to the desired contact. You can choose from the Insurance Tag, Personal Tag, or DNC Tag. The enriched information will appear in the notes section of the contact’s profile.
You can use the following tags:
-Insurance Tag (Leadboost-enrich-insurance): Provides information on insurance plans the prospect is signed up for.
-Personal Tag (Leadboost-enrich-personal): Offers comprehensive information, excluding insurance plan details.
-DNC Tag (Leadboost-DNC): Checks if the lead is in the "Do Not Call" database.
The enriched information will be in the notes section of your contact’s profile. Look for a notification from LeadBoost indicating an enrichment attempt.
Ensure your CRM sub-account is connected to LeadBoost. Verify this by checking the “CRM Integration” tab for a green check next to “connect app” and “business email”. Ensure the business email matches your sub-account.
Click “forgot password” on the login page and enter the email you signed up with. A password reset link will be sent to you.
LeadBoost enhances your lead data by gathering information from public records, social media, and databases. This data enrichment provides comprehensive insights for better preparation and targeted offers. It also includes real-time DNC checks.
You will receive a notification in the notes section indicating the failed attempt due to low credits. Purchase more credits by logging into your LeadBoost account and navigating to “Purchase Credits”.
